Common Questions
Do I have to do Phase 1 before Phase 2?
Yes. Phase 1 is required before any implementation begins. This ensures that every decision in Phase 2 is grounded in strategy — not guesswork. Clients who skip strategy often end up rebuilding.
Can I just hire you to build my website?
Not directly. The Build & Launch phase only follows a completed Strategy & Planning engagement. This keeps the work focused and effective. If you already have a clear strategy, we can discuss whether Phase 2 is the right fit.
What if I only need Phase 1?
That's completely fine. Many clients complete the Strategy & Planning phase and implement recommendations with their own team. The deliverables are designed to be handed off cleanly.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Phase 1 typically takes 1–3 weeks. Phase 2 ranges from 2–6 weeks depending on scope. AI Command Center projects are scoped individually.
What does the discovery call cost?
Nothing. The discovery call is free, no-obligation, and designed to help both of us understand whether working together makes sense.
